This is my last update on the reorder of the north aisle. It is amazing that after so many years the advice, work and financial input from many people have resulted in these modern facilities and improvements.  This project was only made possible when we were awarded a grant from Mondegreen EB. If you haven’t visited church recently we would love to see you in any of our services, or come to the Summer Fair and Art exhibition. This is an opportunity for you to see the work from several local artists The exhibition in Church opens Friday 19th July 7pm. Opening times on  separate sheet.
St Mary Magdalene’s Summer Fair Saturday 20th July at 11 am with Hart School Choir. There will be a variety of stalls,  refreshments  in church. A vintage steam engine and donkey rides.

Charity News. Thank you for your recent donations, we have sent £100 for the fund organised by the Royal British Legion to erect a war memorial for all service personnel who died in the D-Day campaign. 

Our present collection is to support the Hartlepool Life Boat. Spring and summer can be busy times for the local crews.

Sunday July 7th Family service at 11 am. We will follow tradition and celebrate Sea Sunday.                                              

3  @ 4 News .   The last service coincided with Father’s Day and in the church calendar Trinity Sunday. During this service Rev. Janet reminded all that the Trinity are God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. The children enjoyed decorating a tin to be filled with chocolates as a gift for their fathers.  The next 3@4 is July 21st. we anticipate having outdoor activities. See you there!

We would like to visit Studley Royal this is a deer park with lake paths and picnic area and Fountains Abbey; they are very close to Ripon a delightful market town in Yorkshire. The outing will be possible with car sharing, if you are interested add your name to the list at the back of church.

Roy has placed at the back of church a request sheet, this is an opportunity for you to select the hymns you most enjoy and perhaps haven’t sung for a while.
